Ribbon Eggs

Easy to make, these eggs look pretty sitting in a white wicker basket on your table or at the door or as an Easter gift for a loved one. Kids will also have great fun making these eggs in different colors.

Supplies Needed:

• Styrofoam eggs
• 1/4 inch ribbon - two rolls (you will have some left over)
• Two packages of short straight sequin pins (depends on the size of egg)

AS EASY AS 1..2..3…

1. Cut ribbon in 1-1/4 inch pieces.

2. Fold each piece as shown in the illustrations bellow.

3. Starting at the top of the egg, start pinning the folded ribbon pieces on.

4. Pin them close together until the egg is completely covered and you are done!

5. Place different colored eggs in a wicker basket for a cute little gift or a table decoration.

Get the kids to join you or make it a group activity for schools or Easter parties. However, very small kids need to be supervised when working with pins.
